About me
Jemma Engle is a multimedia artist and sound enthusiast. Jemma has spent many years loving music through both collating playlists and exploring instruments such as electric guitar and steel pans. After an A* at Music Technology A level, Jemma has gone on to achieve a first class honours in Music Technology and Production (Bsc) at London Metropolitan University.
Having DJ’d at multiple queer art events in London, Jemma has a passion for the relationship between music, people and art. Jemma also has experience with live sound and studio recording, collaborating with artists.
Jemma loves to learn new skills and finds it exciting being able to teach those skills to others. From a young age, craft has been a big part of Jemma’s life. Today, she spends her free-time learning new skills such as jewellery making, set building and graphic design.
Jemma believes that creative subjects are a critical part of education and will always want to be a part of making space for creativity and art in the lives of young people. She has a natural drive to do my best and wants to inspire others to do the same by creating a positive work environment and helping other people out.
